Jonathan Parker

Jonathan qualified as a Solicitor in August 2011. Jonathan's career has been spent working in Torbay as a property law specialist.  

Jonathan's expertise stretches from all aspects of Residential Conveyancing to include Equity Release and Help to Buy transactions through to more complex areas involving Lease Extensions and acting for Leasehold Management Companies.

In relation to Commercial transactions Jonathan has a wealth of experience in both the sale and purchases of Hotels, Pubs, Restaurants, Office units amongst many other industrial and commercial premises.

Away from the Office Jonathan is a member of the Devon & Somerset Law Society's Non-Conetntious Business sub-committee

Due to the broad nature of Jonathan's experience he is also able to offer advice and services in relation to Licensing, Landlord & Tenant, Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
