Hilary began her legal career in Torquay in 2002, shortly after relocating from Bristol. She qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in 2011 and has since developed over a decade of experience advising on freehold and leasehold transactions, remortgages, and property transfers. Her practice focuses on delivering efficient, accurate, and clearly communicated advice throughout every stage of the conveyancing process.
She is valued for her attention to detail and ability to manage transactions smoothly, even under pressure. Clients and third parties alike appreciate her responsive communication and calm, organised manner.

Hilary holds a formal licence through the Council for Licensed Conveyancers and continues to work closely with colleagues, clients, and agents across South Devon to ensure transactions complete promptly and professionally.
