Shona Wiseman is a Conveyancing Executive in the Property Team at Darby & Darby, assisting clients with all aspects of residential sales, purchases, and transfers, with a particular focus on ensuring each transaction has a clear and marketable legal title.
Shona began her career after completing her law degree at the University of Glasgow in 1985. She brings a unique combination of legal knowledge and commercial experience, having worked in both international banking and legal firms across the South West. She joined Darby & Darby in 2023 and works closely with Jonathan Parker, supporting clients across Torbay and beyond with a calm and methodical approach.
She handles the day-to-day running of property files and is involved in every stage of the transaction process – from initial instruction through to completion. Clients value her responsiveness, accuracy, and dedication to getting the details right the first time.

Shona works primarily on a remote basis, offering flexibility and continuity for clients who appreciate clear and consistent communication throughout the conveyancing process.
Outside of work, Shona is an active volunteer at a local charity. She also enjoys gardening, dog walking, and travel, having lived abroad in both Canada and Austria.
